Julia Barretto's character has seduced the hearts of many, as seen in the full trailer of Viva Film's latest sexy romance, "Expensive Candy."

The movie teaser was released Sunday (August 21) and it features Barretto's character, a sex worker named Candy, who then gets entangled with a school teacher played by Carlo Aquino.

Julia also known as Juju, shared on her Instagram the ‘Candy-themed’ pictorial for the upcoming movie with ‘steamy’ written all over it.

Carlo Aquino also shared pictures of the ‘Expensive Candy’ photoshoot on his Instagram page.

Expensive Candy looks promising and adventurous compared to recently released Filipino movies. It’s about time that Philippine moviemakers touch on topics that are sensitive to our society and use them as an eye opener for audiences all over the globe.

Directed by Jason Paul Laxamana, the film is set for cinema release on September 14, 2022.
