Daniel Padilla Opens Boodle-Fight Filipino Restaurant In Dubai

Actor Daniel Padilla has recently collaborated with Lourds Adalia-Evertse and chef Cristine Caringal-Melad to establish a new Filipino restaurant named Spice Grill in Dubai. Situated within the Flayva food hall of Al Ghurair Center, this marks the restaurant's second branch, complementing its existing location in Sharjah.

An announcement on Spice Grill's Instagram account unveiled the opening, featuring Daniel and expressing their eagerness to introduce Filipino flavors to Dubai.

"Get ready for a spicier Dubai experience! Joined forces with [Daniel Padilla] to deliver the essence of Spice Grill. Thank you all for your continued support," the post stated.

In an interview with The National, a UAE-based newspaper, Daniel conveyed his excitement for the project and his appreciation for Dubai's vibrant atmosphere. He reflected on the city's boundless opportunities and his longstanding aspiration to venture into business there.

"The entire city thrives on limitless possibilities, embracing the concept that any vision can be realized," he remarked.

Regarding its culinary offerings, Chef Caringal-Melad has meticulously crafted a special menu showcasing a diverse array of regional Filipino dishes, distinguishing Spice Grill from other options within the food hall.

The restaurant serves seafood specialties in the traditional "boodle fight-style," offering patrons a communal dining experience popular in the Philippines.
